Video devices are in the hands of most of your learners - mobile phones, iPods, webcams on laptops, the list goes on. Most children will instantly tell you how to turn them on and capture video. But how can you use video to impact on their learning? Can video be used to engage learners with topics right across the curriculum?

Inspiralit is an ever-growing collection of learning activities, designed by and with teachers, ranging from 5 minutes to an hour or more. These teaching activities will help you to help your students become skilled, knowledgable creators of digital media. Whilst developing critical thinking and practical skills, your students will gain another learning tool allowing accessible assessment, literacy support, topic enrichment and more. It will help you to create motivating learning activities that will enliven all areas of the school curriculum.

Inspiralit exists to help teachers develop learners who are literate beyond fundamentally important reading and writing.
